Allegany County Sheriff's Blotter

Allegany County Sheriff Rick L. Whitney reports that on December 11, 2019, Investigators from the Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested Michael J. Perkins, age 38 of Bolivar, charging him with the following:

· Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3^rd Degree

· Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3^rd Degree

Perkins is scheduled to answer the charges in the Village of Bolivar Court on December 19, 2019 at 5:30 p.m.
