NY State Police Blotter

11/4/19 11:56am- State Police arrested Jeremy M. Luther, 22, of Wellsville. He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child under age 17 and tattooing a child less than age 18. The alleged incident occurred in the town of Wellsville and was report to troopers on October 27th.
