Livingston County Sheriff weekly blotter

Casey J. McLaughlin, 31, Leicester, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 4^th Degree and three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child on October 28.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, McLaughlin was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $100 cash bail.  McLaughlin will answer charges in Mt, Morris Town Court on a later date. 

Michael D. Barrett, 53, Rochester, NY, was arrested October 24, charged with felony Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, felony Driving While Ability Impaired by Combined Drugs and Alcohol, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1^st Degree, Unlicensed Operator, Operating a Motor Vehicle Without an Interlock Device and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, McLaughlin was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on no bail and will reply to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date. 

Amanda S. Salsman, 37, and Eric J. Lent, 33, residents of Bath, NY, were arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree on October 24. Following LC-CAP arraignment, Salsman and Lent were released on their own recognizance to address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date. 

Carrie J. Rowlinson, 39, Dansville, NY, was arrested October 20, and charged with two counts of Issuing a Bad Check. Rowlinson was issued an appearance ticket to address charges in Dansville Village Court on a later date. 

Katrina A. Hart-Ruscitto, 34, Conesus, NY, was arrested and charged with Harassment 2^nd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child on October 27. Following LC-CAP arraignment, Hart-Ruscitto was released on her own recognizance to satisfy charges in Conesus Town Court on a later date. 

Austin R. Vaughan, 21, Livonia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 3^rd Degree on October 30.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Vaughan was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on no bail.  Vaughan will address charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date. 

Jonathan D. Randolph, 23, Rochester, NY, was arrested October 27, charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, Driving While Ability Impaired by a Combination of Drugs and Alcohol, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and Failure to Signal.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Randolph was released on his own recognizance to reply to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date. 

Kurry L. Ludolph, 34, Avon, NY, was cited for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana 2^nd Degree on October 21, and was issued an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

 

Tara M. LaFountain, 39, Atlanta, NY, was charged October 29, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Inadequate/No Exhaust.  LaFountain was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Samuel Lozada-Garcia, 41, Geneseo, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree and Non-transparent Side Windows on October 29, and was released on an appearance ticket to address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Daniel Desanl, 20, Piffard, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and Inadequate/No Exhaust on October 29, and was issued an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
