Genesee, PA man faces felony, other charges

Coudersport-based State Police on Friday filed a criminal complaint against Cody Alan Kibbe, 29, of Genesee, PA. The complaint charged him with felony endangering the welfare of children, simple assault and harassment with physical contact. The alleged offenses occurred October 9th in Genesee Township. Arraigned in District Court at 3;25 p.m. Friday, Kibbe was released on $25,000 unsecured bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 22nd at 9:30 a.m.
