Genesee, PA man faces several counts including making terroristic threats

Court action is pending a Genesee, PA man following his arrest by Coudersport-based state police. 23-year-old Tyler Lee Harris faces three counts of making terroristic threats, multiple counts of harassment by communicating threats and involving physical contact and simple assault. He was arraigned Sunday afternoon and released on $25,000 unsecured bail. The charges stem from an incident Saturday in Ulysses. A preliminary hearing is set for September 13th.
