Criminal complaint charges Shinglehouse woman with nine counts

A Shinglehouse woman will be arraigned Wednesday (9/18/19) after she was charged with nine counts…with the top charge felony endangering the welfare of children. Pennsylvania State Police also charged 51-year-old Nikola Chatham in a criminal complaint with two counts of recklessly endangering another person, DUI, DUI-high rate, flight to avoid apprehension, reckless driving and other counts. The charges stem from an incident August 2nd in Shinglehouse Borough. The arraigned is set for 12:30 p.m. Wednesday before Magisterial District Judge Kari A. McCleaft.
