Arrow strikes Alfred Police Department building - student arrested
The Alfred Police Department came under fire Thursday, but it wasn't intentional. Police Chief Paul Griffith was leaving the station Thursday afternoon when he noticed an arrow had been fired and struck the Department's Sally port. A quick investigation led them to an Alfred University student who allegedly admitted to firing the wayward sticking device. 21-year-old Louis Shengulette of Webster was arrested and charged with two misdemeanor counts...reckless
