NY State Police Blotter

During a traffic stop on Yankee Road in Ischua, State Police arrested 57-year-old Jeffrey Witt of Cuba. He was charged with driving while intoxicated. He’ll appear in court at a later date.

State Police arrested Susan M. Aldridge, 54, of Freedom. She was charged with first-degree criminal possession of marijuana. Troopers said she allegedly possessed more than ten pounds…it’s a class C felony. Troopers also charged her with unlawful growing of cannabis, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance.
