Belfast man faces numerous criminal charges in Buffalo

A Belfast man is facing eight counts after the vehicle he was operating on Broadway Street in the City of Buffalo Saturday night was pulled over. State police arrested Joshua L. Maxwell, age 39. Misdemeanor counts include criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, criminal possession of a controlled substance, false personation, suspended registration and aggravated unlicensed operation. Troopers also wrote three traffic tickets. He was detained for court action.
State police also arrested Miranda B. Ryan,19, of Buffalo. She was charged with drug possession and weapons possession. She was also detained.
