Probation violation sends Wirt man to jail on $50,000 bail

Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on May 30, 2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Daniel C. Foster, age 25 of Wirt, on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued by the Village of Bolivar Court. Foster was processed and transported to the Village of Bolivar Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $50,000.00 cash or $100,000.00 bond. Foster will reappear in the Village of Bolivar Court on June 20, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. for additional court action.
