Wellsville man unhurt in Pennsylvania crash - gets charged
Emporium-based state police say a Wellsville man escaped injury in a vehicle crash that occurred on April 27th in Cameron County. Troopers said 36-year-old Ronald Chapman was driving eastbound on State Route 120 in Portage Township. While rounding a curve, troopers said Chapman's car struck the guard rail causing disabling damage to the vehicle. Police said he was wearing a seatbelt and wasn't hurt. He was charged with driving while suspended or revoked, speeding, depositing waste and other material on a highway and other counts.
