· 4/20/19 – Erik L. Briggs, age 47 from Arkport, N.Y. was arrested for DWI,
Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test and Inadequate Headlights following a
traffic stop on North Main Street.
Briggs was processed, arraigned in Village Court and remanded to the
Allegany County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.
· 4/20/19 – Kayla M. Button, age 28 from
Richburg, N.Y. was arrested for DWI, Failure to Keep Right, Speed Not
Reasonable and Prudent, and Unlicensed Operator following a motor vehicle crash
on South Broad Street. Button was
transported to Jones Memorial Hospital by the Wellsville Ambulance Corps and
issued traffic tickets to appear in Village Court on May 28th. Additional charges are pending.
· 4/21/19 – Cordyn C. Mack, age 30 from Wellsville,
N.Y. was arrested for Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree, Endangering the
Welfare of a Child and Harassment in the 2nd degree following an incident on
Miller Street. Mack was arraigned in Village Court and remanded to the Allegany
County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.
· 4/22/19 – Kyle J. McAndrew, age 26 from
Wellsville, N.Y. was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd
degree (misdemeanor) for operating a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license. McAndrew was issued a traffic ticket to
appear in Village Court on May 14th.
