Dead is the driver of the SUV, Ashley L. Smith, 30, of Pittsburgh. Also killed were three passengers:
1. Teonna L. Herring, 31, of Pittsburgh
2. Female, age 9, Pittsburgh
3. Male, age 12, Pittsburgh
