Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the
Wellsville Village Court, arrested Wyatt D. Foth, age 22 of Whitesville, NY,
charging him with Failure to appear in Court on a precious Criminal Mischief
4th charge. Foth was processed and
arraigned before associate Wellsville Village Justice Walsh. Foth was released and is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on March 5th at 4:30 .pm.
Wellsville Police arrested David S. Throgmorton, age 35 of
Wellsville, charging him with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. The charge stems from an incident that took
place on West State Street in the Village of Wellsville. Throgmorton was issued an appearance ticket
and released. Throgmorton is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 12th at 4:30 p.m.
