Clarksville: Third arrest made in connection to suspected heroin overdose death

Amity-based state police say charged have been filed against a third person in connection with a suspected heroin overdose death in Clarksville March 7th. On Wednesday state police arrested Holden P. Faulkner, 30, of Olean. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. Last week, troopers arrested Jessica L. Sprague, 31 of Bolivar and Mark A. Crainer, 37, of Bolivar. Both were charged with making a false written statement and tampering with physical evidence-conceal/destroy. Sprague was also charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
