Queens man faces multiple felony drug counts for crimes in Almond
Bail was set at $50,000 foe a Queens man accused of drug crimes in Allegany County. Phillip Miles, 20, of Middle Village was taken into custody Saturday night on South Main Street in Almond. Troopers charged him with three felony counts to include criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th (1 ounce or more of cannabis), criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd:intent to sell narcotic drug and criminal possession of marijuana:more than 8 ounces. He was remanded to jail.
