3/13/19 1:13pm- Two people have been arrested following the investigation of an unattended death March 7th in the town of Clarksville. State police arrested Jessica L. Sprague, 31 of Bolivar and Mark A. Crainer, 37, of Bolivar. Both were charged with making a false written statement and tampering with physical evidence-conceal/destroy. Sprague was also charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Arraigned in court, bail was set at $15,000 cash for Sprague and $10,000 cash for Crainer. 3/13/19 8:30pm- After investigating a domestic dispute in Woodhull, state police arrested Brianne M. Young, 32, of Addison. She was charged with criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child.
