Allegany County Sheriff's Blotter

Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on January 20, 2019, with the assistance of the New York State Police, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Bryan J. Adams, age 42 of Fulton NY, on an Allegany County Family Court Warrant. Adams was located by the New York State Police and turned over to Deputies. Adams was then processed and transported to the Town of Friendship Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $300 cash or $600 bond. Adams will reappear in Allegany County Family Court at a later date for additional court action.

Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on January 20, 2019, with the assistance of the City of Hornell Police Department, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Jonathan D. Gibbs, age 29 of Hornell on an Allegany County Family Court Warrant. Gibbs was located by the City of Hornell Police Department and turned over to Deputies. Gibbs was then processed and transported to the Town of Friendship Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail on $1,000.00 bail or $2,000.00 bond. Gibbs will reappear in Allegany County Family Court at a later date for additional court action.
