Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on December
2, 2018 deputies arrested Timothy G. Mann, Jr., age 37, of Cummings Hill Road,
Milford, Pennsylvania. It is alleged that Mr. Mann operated a motor vehicle on
Doorley Road in the Town of Hornellsville, New York, while in an intoxicated
condition. Mr. Mann was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with
.08% or more blood alcohol content, failing to keep right and failure to use
designated lane. Mr. Mann was released on traffic summons to appear in
Hornellsville Town Court on a later date.

25, 2018, deputies of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office and officers of the
NYS Department of Environmental Conservation Police conducted a compliance
checkpoint on State Route 36 in Dansville, New York. As a result of this
checkpoint:
Department of
Environmental Conservation Police arrested Dylan J. Young, age 26, of Norman
Road, Rochester, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Young hunted deer without a
license, illegally took a deer and failed to tag the deer. Mr. Young was
released on appearance tickets to appear in Dansville Town Court on January 22,
2019.
Department of
Environmental Conservation Police also arrested Lawrence C. Morreall, age 65,
of County Road 39, Bloomfield, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Morreall took a
deer in excess of bag limit and transported untagged portions of a deer. Mr.
Morreall was released on appearance tickets to appear in Dansville Town Court
on January 22, 2019.
Deputies arrested
Ryan P. Conway, age 21, of Main Street, Dansville, New York. It is alleged that
Mr. Conway operated a motor vehicle on State Route 36 in Dansville, New York,
while impaired by drugs. Mr. Conway was charged with Driving While Ability is
Impaired by Drugs and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. Mr. Conway was released
on an appearance ticket and traffic summons to appear in Dansville Town Court
at a later date.
