On December 1st, 2018 following a traffic stop in the Village of Cuba, Cuba Police charged Jacina M. Johnson, 26, of Wellsville with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd (misdemeanor). Johnson was issued a citation and released. Johnson is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On November 30th at approximately 1:00 p.m., following a complaint, Cuba Police arrested a youthful offender. This youthful offender was charged with endangering the welfare of a child (misdemeanor), forcible touching (misdemeanor) and sex abuse 1st (felony). This youthful offender was processed and released to appear at a later date. This youthful offender is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
