Obituary: Joyce M. Clifford, 81, Olean

Joyce M. Clifford, 81, of 801 Bell St., Olean, passed away Friday, November 16, 2018 at Cuba Memorial Hospital after an illness.  Born on August 20, 1937, in Olean she was a daughter of James A. and Dorothea R. Whalen Jordan. Surviving are two sons, Scott (Dori) Dowdell of Cascade, Maryland and Jeff Dowdell of Nashville, Tennessee; two daughters, Sharon (Chris) Greene of Nashville, Tennessee and Laurie Dowdell, Olean; her Grandchildren Sarah, Dana, Ryan, Emily, Allison, Bella, Morgan, and Connor; a brother, Gary Kramer; 3 sisters, Doris Livingston of Olean, Pat Cart and Marie Ladrigan of Florida; Several Nieces and Nephews. Private Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under direction of the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home & Memorial Service, Inc., Cuba.
