NY State Police Blotter

11/2/18 6:30pm- After responding to a domestic dispute in the town of Clarksville, state police Justin M. Chapman, 29, of Clarksville. He was charged with criminal possession of a weapon 2nd:loaded weapon, a class C felony. He was also charged with menacing 2nd involving a weapon and endangering the welfare of a child. He was detained on bail.
11/2/18 11:02pm- State police arrested Scott L. Stocker, 54, of Chaffee. Troopers said he was involved in a vehicle crash on State Route 19 in the town of Hume. He was charged with felony counts of driving while intoxicated and having a blood alcohol content above .08%. He will appear in court at a later date.
11/3/18 1:03am- During a traffic stop on Pennsylvania Road in Hinsdale, state police arrested Mary P. Erhart, 38, of Bolivar. She was charged with driving while intoxicated and BAC above .08%.
11/2/18 11:57pm- An arrest has been made following a six-month fraud investigation  in the village of Bath. State police took Alisha N. Cash, 39, of Hazelgreen, Alabama into custody. She was charged with 1st degree identity theft. She was remanded to the Steuben County jail on $100,000 bail.
11/2/18 6:39pm- State police arrested Patrick S. Lewis, 58, of Addison. He was charged with 1st degree endangering an incompetent person, a felony. He was released on his own recognizance. The charge stems from a complaint filed July 23rd in the town of Wheeler.
