Olean man trades one jail color for another

An Olean man has traded in a prison color for some Cattaraugus County Jail garb. On Friday, deputies from little Valley responded to the Collins Correction facility, where they took into custody 29-year-old Stacy R. Spencer Jr., who lives on North 15th Street. Spencer was charged by an indictment warrant with 2nd degree robbery, 1st and 2nd degree menacing and petit larceny. Spencer was immediately transferred to the Cattaraugus County Jail, where he will remain without bail, until an appearance at some future date in court.
