NEWS RELEASE

Pamela J. Amidon, 54, Avon, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree and Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on October 5.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Amidon was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on $500 cash bail/$1,000 property bond.  Amidon will reply to charges in Mt. Morris Village Court on a later date.

Ricardo S. Santana, 26, Mt. Morris, NY, was arrested October 5, charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1^st Degree, Driving While Ability Impaired by Alcohol and Drugs Combined, Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Operating a Motor Vehicle out of Class.  Following arraignment in LC-CAP Court, Santana was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail/$5,000 property bond.  Santana will respond to charges in Mt. Morris Town Court on a later date.

Stephen M. Clayton, 36, Conesus, NY, was arrested and charged with Harassment 2^nd Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing on October 4.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Clayton was released on his own recognizance to appear in answer to charges in Conesus Town Court on a later date.

Rosmark Palen, 29, Brooklyn, NY, was a charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1^st Degree, Unlicensed Operator, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration and Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance.  Palen will answer charges in Dansville Town Court on a later date.

Benjamin W. Smith, 29, Dansville, NY, was charged October 4, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Inadequate/No Exhaust.  Smith was released on an appearance ticket to reply to charges in Dansville Village Court on a later date.

James D. Lewis, 34, Honeoye, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Failure to Stop for a Stop Sign on October 4.  Lewis was issued an appearance ticket to address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Adam M. Zurlick, 31, Mt. Morris, NY, was charged October 4, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration and Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance.  Zurlick was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date.

Jayson A. Nelson Ayala, 38, Geneseo, NY, was cited October 6, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Following Too Close.  Nelson Ayala was issued an appearance ticket to reply to charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.

Gene J. Hoffman, 34, Nunda, NY, was charged October 7, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Failure to Stop for a Stop Sign and Failure to Keep Right.  Hoffman was released on an appearance ticket to reply to charges in Nunda Town Court on a later date.

Kevin L. Holloway, 43, Rochester, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and No/Insufficient Tail Lamps.  Holloway was issued an appearance ticket to respond to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Jeremi J. Miller, 29, Fairport, NY, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, Operating a Motor Vehicle without an Inspection Certificate and a Plate Lamp equipment violation.  Miller was released on an appearance ticket to satisfy charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.

Candice M. Willett, 30, Nunda, NY, was charged October 9, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance and Speeding.  Willett will answer charges in Nunda Town Court on a later date.

Carlos M. Garcia Rivero, 44, Mt. Morris, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 2^nd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree and a window tint violation on October 9.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Garcia Rivero was released on his own recognizance to reply to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

 

Timothy E. Jeffords, 23, Livonia, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree and Failure to Stop for a Stop Sign on October 8.  Jeffords was issued an appearance ticket to address charges in West Sparta own Court on a later date.

Jessica L. Goodrich, 35, Wolcott, NY, was charged October 8, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and Unlicensed Operator.  Goodrich was released on an appearance ticket to appear in response to charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date.

 

Chad M. Vandenberg, 34, Lima, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration, Operating a Motor Vehicle without an Inspection Certificate and Speeding on October 10.  Vandenberg was released on an appearance ticket to reply to charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.

Jennifer J. Cooper, 44, Spencerport, NY, was arrested October 11, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol .08% or Greater. Cooper will address charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Edna I. Lopez, 28, Rochester, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Inadequate/No Exhaust.  Lopez was issued an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

James P. Griffith, 56, Hunt, NY, was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Unlawful Growing of Cannabis on October 10.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Griffith was released on her own recognizance to satisfy charges in Portage Town Court on a later date. 

Shannon E. Schirmer, 37, Caledonia, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Inadequate/No Exhaust and Inadequate/No License Plate Lamp on October 4.  Schirmer will appear in answer to charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.
