On October 13th at approximately 10:35 p.m., following a domestic dispute in the village, Cuba Police arrested Cole Baldwin,22, of Cuba. Baldwin was arrested and charged with criminal contempt 1st-violate an order of protection (felony). Baldwin was processed and placed in from of a judge and released to appear at a later date. Baldwin is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
