Buddy Crum

Following a domestic dispute on October 11th at approximately 9:00a.m. in the town of Cuba, Cuba Police arrested Buddy L. Crum, 46, of Olean on charges of endangering the welfare of a child (misdemeanor). Also arrested was Heather A. George, 36, of Cuba on charges of endangering the welfare of a child (misdemeanor). These charges stem from a report of an alleged second physical domestic dispute.

Subsequent to that investigation, police say, it was discovered by Investigators that the living conditions were in "a deplorable state with a child staying there. "Both suspects were processed and issued appearance tickets to appear at a later date. Both suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The child has been removed from the current conditions. The Cuba Police Department was assisted by the Allegany County Child Protective Service.
