Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on October 3, 2018, following an investigation by the Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division, Deputies arrested Albert O. Brown, age 52 of New Hudson for the following: 
• Growing of a Plant Known as Cannabis by an Unlicensed Person

• Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the 2nd Degree 
Brown was arrested without incident at his residence, processed, and issued appearance tickets directing him to the Town of New Hudson Court on November 13, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. to answer the charges.
