Allegany County Sheriff's Blotter

Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on September 27, 2018, with the assistance of the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies arrested Lea M. Falcone, 34, of Silver Lake, on an Allegany County Family Court Warrant.
Falcone, who was being released from the Wyoming County Jail, was processed and transported to the Town of Hume Court where she was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail on $1,000 bail or $2,000 bond. Falcone will reappear in Allegany County Family Court at a later date for additional court action.
