Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on September 18, 2018 with the assistance of the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies arrested Jenna R. Holly, age 33 of Cuba, on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued by the Town of Belfast Court. Holly, who was being released from the Livingston County Jail on unrelated charges, was processed and transported to the Town of Belfast Court where she was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $3,000 cash or $6,000 bond. Holly is to reappear in the Town of Belfast Court on September 25, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. for additional court action.
