Following an incident in the Town of Cuba on July 17th, 2018 at approximately 5:00 p.m. Cuba Police arrested Megan Vaillancourt, 25, of Olean. Vaillancourt was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle without the owners consent (misdemeanor). Vaillancourt was processed and released on an appearance ticket to appear at a later date. Vaillancourt is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
