Bolivar man charged with felony crimes in Allegany and Cattaraugus counties

A Bolivar man faces four felony counts after state police arrested him in Wellsville Tuesday afternoon. Troopers said they charged Brandon G. Gaines, age 35, with four counts of possessing a forged instrument in the 1st degree - class C felony offenses. Police said the alleged crimes occurred in Portville and the village and town of Wellsville on January 22nd and February 5th. Arraigned in court, a judge set bail at $15,000.
