Allegany County Sheriff's Blotter

Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on February 14, 2018 Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested of Joshua C. Marble, age 33 of Wellsville, for failure to report an address change as a registered sex offender. Marble was processed and transported to the Town of Friendship Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond, and is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Amity Court on February 21, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. for additional court action.
