Mixed sentence for Cuba woman who drove drunk in Olean

A Cuba woman received a mixed sentence for driving drunk in Olean earlier this year. A Cattaraugus County judge sentenced Deborah A. Mesmer , age 53, to five years probation. Her license will vanish for a year and she’ll need to cough up the cash for an ignition interlock system for her vehicle. In addition, the judge ordered the woman to serve fifty hours of community service. Prosecutors said Mesmer committed a felony when she drove while intoxicated in the Town of Olean on May 18^th.
