Fox News host headed to a Southern Tier courtroom, as a defendant

Fox News host Judge Jeanine Pirro is headed to a Southern Tier courtroom, as a defendant. The judge was caught allegedly driving 119 mph in the Town of Nichols (Tioga County). In a statement released by Fox News, Pirro said she was racing to see her sick mother in Elmira. Pirro is the host of "Justice with Judge Jeanine". She was issued a ticket by State Police and released. Judge Pirro will appear in Nichols Town Court at a later date.
