Accused Wellsville Meth maker gets 179 days in jail after deal
A Belmont man faced multiple felony drugs counts, but this week, scooped up a deal and pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count. Gregory A. Ordiway, 33, of Belmont had been charged with felony counts of unlawful manufacture of methamphetamines, unlawful disposal of meth material and a simple count of 5th degree conspiracy. Those charges were connected to a meth bust February 17th at 201 Madison Street in Wellsville. In Allegany County court this week, those felony charges went away. Judge Thomas Brown sentenced Ordiway to 179 days in jail, a $200 surcharge and a $50 DNA fee.
