Fillmore man arrested on county court warrant

Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on October 17, 2017 Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Robert S. Fekete, 42, of Fillmore on an Allegany County Violation of Probation Warrant.
Fekete was located at his residence, processed, and transported to Allegany County Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $2,500 cash or $5,000 insurance company bond. Fekete is scheduled to reappear in Allegany County Court on October 19^th, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. for additional court action.
