Allegany County Sheriff's Blotter

Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on September 20, 2017, with the assistance of the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies arrested Brian E. Phearsdorf, age 35 of Attica, on a Bench Warrant issued by Allegany County Court. Phearsdorf was picked up by Deputies and transported back to Allegany County where he was processed and arraigned in Allegany County Court. Phearsdorf was remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $2500.00 cash or $5000.00 bond and is scheduled to reappear in Allegany County Court on October 18, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. for additional court action.

On September 20, 2017, with the assistance of the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies arrested Dustin W. Kish, age 24 of Caneadea, on an Allegany County Violation of Probation Warrant. Kish was transported from the Wyoming County Jail back to Allegany County where he was processed and arraigned in Allegany County Court. Kish was sentenced to time served and transported by Deputies back to the Wyoming County Jail.
