Willing woman arrested, charged with violating probation

Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on June 26, 2017, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Rebecca L. Fanton, age 22 of Willing on an Allegany County Violation of Probation Warrant. Fanton was arrested without incident at her residence, processed, and transported to Allegany County Court where she was arraigned and remanded to the County Jail with bail set at $2,500.00 cash or $5,000.00 bond.  Fanton is to reappear in Allegany County Court on July 5th, 2017 at 9:00 am for additional court action.
