PA man arrested following crash in Willing

A Potter County man was arrested this morning following a one vehicle crash on State Route 19 near the Hawks Road in Willing. State Police said Aaron L. Schweigart, 22, of Harrison Valley was charged with driving while intoxicated. He was arrested about 40 minutes and 911 received report of the crash. Willing fire, Wellsville EMS and Rescue all responded. Schweigart was evaluated at the scene by medics and turned over to troopers. He'll answer the charge in court at a later date.
