Wellsville Police arrested Jared T. Preston, age 25 of
Oswayo, PA, charging him with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd) and
No Seatbelt. The charges stem from a
traffic stop on South Main Street in the Village of Wellsville. Preston was issued traffic citations and
released. Preston is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on June 13th at 4:30 p.m.
