Olean man accused of selling cocaine

25-year-old Robert Rote of 601 1/2 W. State St. Olean, was arrested last night at 11:35 p.m. at his residence for an outstanding warrant charging him with selling and possessing Crack Cocaine. District Attorney Lori P. Rieman presented the case to a Cattaraugus County Grand jury after a controlled purchase of Crack was conducted on Rote by the Olean Police Departments Street Crimes Unit. After booking procedures at the Olean Police Department, Rote was taken to the Cattaraugus County jail to await arraignment .
