JAMES J. JURBALA, 49, of Bolivar, New York, was arraigned and
entered a plea of not guilty to an indictment that charges him with Aggravated
Driving While Intoxicated, a class E felony; Driving While Intoxicated, a class
E felony and Improper Safe Turn, a violation.
The incident occurred on March 25, 2017 in the Town of Ellicottville,
when the defendant operated a motor vehicle with a BAC .31% and failed to use a
turn signal before turning his vehicle.

Pleas
SHANELLE MOHWAK, 30, of Killbuck, New York, entered a plea
of guilty to Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor, to satisfy a pending
indictment. The incident occurred on May
15, 2016 in the City of Salamanca, when she operated a motor vehicle while she
was in an intoxicated state. Sentencing
is scheduled for August 28, 2017.
DANA TOPPINS, 36, of Buffalo, New York, waived prosecution
by indictment and entered a plea of guilty by Superior Court Information to
Attempted Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a
class C felony to satisfy a pending indictment.
The incident occurred on May 2, 2017 in the Town of Perrysburg, when the
defendant knowingly and unlawfully attempted to possess a controlled substance
with intent to sell. Sentencing is
scheduled for July 16, 2018.
LATOYA RAYMOND, 32 of Jamestown, New York, entered a plea of
guilty to Attempted Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third
Degree, a class C felony to satisfy a pending indictment. The incident occurred on January 6, 2017 in
the City of Salamanca, when the defendant knowingly and unlawfully attempted to
possess and sell a narcotic drug.
Sentencing is scheduled for July 16, 2018.
KENNETH D. CZEKAJ, 32, of Franklinville, New York, waived
prosecution by indictment and entered a plea of guilty by Superior Court
Information to Driving While Intoxicated, a class E felony. The incident occurred on February 5, 2017 in
the Town of Franklinville, when the defendant operated a motor vehicle with a
BAC of .16. Sentencing is scheduled for
August 28, 2017.
TAMMY KENDALL, 39, of Gowanda, New York, entered a plea of guilty
to Attempted Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a
class C felony. The incident occurred on
June 15, 2016 in the Village of Gowanda, when she knowingly and unlawfully
attempted to possess a narcotic drug with intent to sell it. Sentencing is scheduled for August 28, 2017.
Sentences
CHRISTIE L. BAKER, 35, of Olean, New York, but presently
incarcerated in the Cattaraugus County Jail, was sentenced to a determinate
term of 1 ½ years with the New York State Department of Corrections and 2 years
of Post Release Supervision for her conviction to Attempted Criminal Sale of a
Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a class C felony. The incident occurred on April 12, 2016, in
the City of Olean, when the defendant knowingly and unlawfully attempted to
possess a narcotic drug with intent to sell it.
JARED P. BLACK, 36, of Salamanca, New York, was sentenced to
5 years of probation for his conviction to Driving While Intoxicated, a class E
felony. The incident occurred on August
13, 2016, in the City of Salamanca, when the defendant operated a motor vehicle
on a public roadway when he had a BAC of .20%.
EVAN M. SPRUCE, 29, of Little Valley, New York was sentenced
to 5 years probation for his conviction to Failure to Register as a Sex
Offender, a class E felony. The incident

Napoli, when the defendant failed to appear at a law enforcement agency to provide
a current photograph.

felony. The incident occurred on July
29, 2016, in the Town of Portville, when the defendant knowingly and unlawfully
attempted to possess materials to produce, prepare or manufacture
methamphetamine.
BRANDON BLACKSHEAR, 33, of Rochester, New York, but
presently incarcerated in the New York State Department of Corrections, was
sentenced to 5 years with the New York State Department of Corrections and 2
years Post Release Supervision for his conviction to Attempted Criminal
Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a class C
felony. The incident occurred on September
9, 2015 in the City of Salamanca, when the defendant knowingly and unlawfully
attempted to possess a narcotic drug with intent to sell it.
NORMAN L. GEDDIS, 47, of Conewango, New York, but presently
incarcerated in the Cattaraugus County Jail, was sentenced to 6 ½ years with
the New York State Department of Corrections and 5 years of Post Release
Supervision for his conviction to Assault in the Second Degree, a class D
felony; Menacing in the Second Degree, a class A misdemeanor; Criminal Mischief
in the Fourth Degree; a class A misdemeanor; and Unlawful Imprisonment, a class
A misdemeanor. The incident occurred
between July 5th and July 6th 2016, in the Town of Conewango, when the
defendant, with intent to cause physical injury to another person, caused such
injury to such person by means of a deadly weapon or a dangerous instrument, he
restrained a person, disabled a phone when a person was trying to request
emergency assistance and intentionally placed or attempted to place another
person in reasonable fear of physical injury, serious physical injury or death
by displaying a deadly weapon, dangerous instrument or what appeared to be a
pistol, revolver, rifle, shotgun, machine gun or other firearm.
JEFFREY C. STROMBERG, 38, of Cheektowaga, New York, was
sentenced to a one year Conditional Discharge for his conviction to Driving
While Intoxicated, a class A misdemeanor.
The incident occurred on or about December 5, 2015, in the City of
Olean, when the defendant operated a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition,
having a .15% BAC.
KATHLEEN HUDOCK, 52, of Olean, New York, was sentenced to a
one year Conditional Discharge for her conviction to Criminal Possession of a
Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, a class A misdemeanor. The incident occurred on or about, in the
City of Olean, when the defendant knowingly and unlawfully possessed a narcotic
