Wyoming County deputies charge man with DWI after crash with injuries

As a result of a motor vehicle crash with injuries Sunday on State Route 39 in the Town of Perry, Andrew P. KELSEY, 59 of Perry was arrested for DWI.
Deputies said KELSEY was operating his vehicle east on RT39 at 7:35 a.m. when he crossed the roadway striking another vehicle which was west bound on RT39. An investigation into the accident alleges KELSEY was intoxicated at the time. KELSEY, who was injured in the accident, was transported to Wyoming County Community Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The operator of the other vehicle involved was not injured. KELSEY is to appear in the Town of Perry Court at a later date.
