Rep. Tom Reed says "country over party"

CNN is reporting that a group of 40 congressional Democrats and Republicans said today they will support a spending bill to avoid a government shutdown if that budget comes without any partisan strings attached. The Problem Solvers Caucus announced their official position to support a "clean" spending bill with approval from more than 75% of the bipartisan group. Local NY Congressman Tom Reed is a member of the group and said in a tweet today he wants to put country over party when it comes to governing.
