Obituary: Donna G. Kirkendall, 83, Galeton

Donna G. Kirkendall, 83, of Galeton, PA, died Thursday, April 20, 2017 in her home.  Born December 22, 1933, in Galeton, she was the daughter of Clifford and Doris Peasley Grant.  She was married to Jack W. Kirkendall, who predeceased her on April 2, 2012.  A graduate of Galeton High School, she was employed by Commonwealth Bank in Galeton for many years.  She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Galeton.  Surviving are:  two daughters, Kathi Eskesen of Galeton and Patti Kirkendall of Horseheads, NY; five grandchildren;  nine great-grandchildren;  and a brother, Richard (Toni Marie) Grant of Sunderlinville, PA.  A private graveside service will be held in Ulysses Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to Goodyear Hose Company or Gale Hose Ambulance, Galeton, PA 16922.  Arrangements are entrusted to the Olney Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ulysses, PA.  Online condolences may be expressed at www.olneyfuneralhome.com.
