Consider joining the new Allegany County Family Support Group
WELLSVILLE, NY – Are you the parent or caretaker of a child
with a disability or special needs? Do you wish you could talk with other
parents who are in similar situations? Please consider joining the new Allegany
County Family Support Group for parents of children with developmental
disabilities. The Family Support Group will hold its first meeting Monday,
February 27, 2017 (5:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m.) at Alfred State Campus’s Pioneer Student
Union, 2540 River Road, Wellsville. The meeting is free to attend, open to the
public and child care is available.
The purpose of the Family Support Group is to provide a
welcoming environment for parents and other caregivers of children with
developmental disabilities to meet, share experiences, ask questions and
