Wellsville woman who sold heroin gets prison time
A Wellsville woman who possessed and sold heroin in 2015 is headed to state prison. On January 19, Rachel M. Sebree, 28, of East Pearl Street appeared in Allegany County court and was sentenced to three years in state prison. Judge Thomas brown also ordered her to serve two years post release supervision and pay court and DNA fees. The crime happened December 10, 2015 in Wellsville. Sebree pleaded guilty to criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class B felony.
