Home on Main Street in Richburg set to be demolished

The Town of Wirt is currently excepting bids for the demolition and removal of the house and garage located at 212 Main Street in Richburg NY. The contractor will be responsible for all necessary permits and the proper disposal of all materials. The basement will be backfilled with crushed masonry materials only. Gravel will be furnished by the town for finish grade. Successful bidder must be fully insured and all work is to be completed within thirty days of successful bid notification. Bids will be accepted at the Wirt Town Clerk’s office during normal business hours or mailed to: Town of Wirt Demolition bid 210 Main St. PO Box 243 Richburg, NY 14774. Bids will be opened at the Feb. 13^th 7:00 town board meeting. The board has the right to except or reject any or all bids.
