Wellsville Police arrested an 18-year-old Wellsville youth,
charging him with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more, Aggravated DWI w/BAC of .18%
or more, Speed in Zone and Failure to notify DMV of change of Address. The charges stem from a traffic stop on South
Brooklyn Avenue in the Village of Wellsville.
The youth was processed, issued traffic citations and released on an
appearance ticket. The youth is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on September 22nd at 4:30 p.m.
