Owner of American House and Hotel in Angelica Released from Quarantine

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Owner of American House and Hotel in Angelica Released from Quarantine
“With her permission, I am happy to release that as of June 24, 2020, Stephanie Coombes, owner of the American House and Hotel in Angelica, was released from quarantine and can now move about freely,” said Lori Ballengee, Public Health Director for the Allegany County Department of Health. “I want to thank Stephanie again for her cooperation and I’d like to let people know that Mrs. Coombes chose to shut down the American House and Hotel on her own. Her plan, she tells me, is to fully re-open on July 7, 2020,” Ballengee said. Like all other restaurants, the American House and Hotel staff will practice social distancing whenever possible, stay at 50 percent seating capacity or less and have all staff wearing masks until further guidance comes from New York State. “Mrs. Coombes was fully compliant with everything we asked her to do, and I wish her every success with her business and future endeavors,” Ballengee said.
